Hello my friend, I had a request the other day from a friend of mine name Roy Durham. He left a comment asking do I have a cappuccino recipe. Roy had let me know that he use instant coffee so I have a video to show how to make a cappuccino without a machine.
It's not my own video but it shows perfectly how to make the cappuccino without a machine. The good thing about the video is that you can use any kind of coffee that you want or love.
I have below the video a few other cappuccino recipes that you can use with a blender and a microwave or for the instant coffee you use. Just change the fresh brew to your instant coffee. With instant coffee you might have to double the amount of coffee you normally use to get that robust flavor of a cappuccino. I personally would use bottled water or filtered water for an even better taste. I never use tap water for anything that I consume in my body if I can help it.
Cappuccino Recipe No. 1
Ingredients
•Skimmed milk
•Sugar
•Fresh strong coffee
Method
•Brew coffee
•Combine sugar with the milk and microwave for 1 -2 minutes
•Add the heated milk and sugar to your blender and blend for one minute or until foam appears
•Pour coffee into cappuccino cup and add the heated froth on top
•Sprinkle with chocolate powder.
Cappuccino Recipe No. 2
Ingredients
•Cold full fat milk
•Coffee
Method
•Pour desired amount of milk into a cup and microwave until it reaches a warm temperature.
•Pour milk into your mixer and mix until you see frothy foam
•Spoon foam on top of your espresso and top up with hot milk
Cappuccino Recipe No. 3
Ingredients
- 1 cup of skim milk
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 1/2 cups of strong, fresh coffee
Step 1
Brew your coffee strong. Blend the sugar and the milk and heat it for 1-2 minutes in your microwave
Step 2
Blend the heated milk + sugar mix in your blender for 1 minute or until a fluffy foam appears
Step 3
Pour the coffee into your cup, two thirds full, and top it off with the heated froth
Step 4
Sprinkle chocolate powder on top if desired
There you have it, the easy way to make a cappuccino without a machine.

Coffee May Lower Risk of Getting Prostate Cancer
Using sample of 47,911 men, a team of researchers led by Lorelei Mucci, ScD, MPH, associate professor of epidemiology at the Harvard School of Public Health, found that regular drinking of decaf or regular caffeinated coffee may protect men against prostate cancer.
Citing Mucci, webmd.com reported that heavy coffee drinkers who drinking at least six or more cups a day could lower 60% risk of prostate cancer compared to nondrinkers. For medium coffee drinkers who drinking one to three cups daily could lower the risk factor by 29% compared to nondrinkers.
Data provided by American Cancer Society shows that in America today there were 217,730 cases of prostate cancer while close to 15% of those died annually.
Now in this video you will see that this study has been going on for 20 years. Dr. William Catalona at Northwestern Memorial Hospital says, "If they can figure out what is in the coffee that prevents prostate cancer that they can come up with the cure for prostate cancer".
So, guys this gives you a great reason to have those extra cups of coffee. Ladies I will have a future post on coffee and cervical cancer.

Now This Is Coffee Love! Tweet-a-Pot
I know their are some people who really loves their coffee and even better yet, a hot cup of coffee when they get home.
I was on Youtube and I came across this video call Tweet-a-Pot. Well, I thought this was funny that a man would hook up his Twitter account to start his coffee pot before he gets home.
This is coffee love at its best. Although, I think a coffee maker with a timer would work just as well. But then, thats just me.
You have to see it to beleave it.
I would love to know your thoughts on this one. Do you think that this is a bit much? Or someone who just loves their way of making coffee and their special blend and wants it ready as soon as they hit their door at home.
